If you uploaded photos to Photobucket you should have the originals available on your computer or phone, if that is what you used. However, if you did not keep a copy then;
Photo bucket has a means to download (copy the image from photobucket to your computer) images.
I will assume you are using a computer to do this.
Go to Photobucket
Log In
Select the Album your photo is in. Click
on the album name so it opens and you can see your photos.
Click on the photo you want to download.
When the photo opens; on the right is a list of actions, one is download photo.
Click on download photo: it wil ask you where you want to store the photo
Pick a folder to put the photo in. If you don't have a specific folder, just select the pictures folder. (if you open File Explorer in Windows 10 it has a list of folders under Quick Access, One of then is pictures) click OK.
It will copy the photo to your pictures folder on your computer.
If this is confusing ask any 10-20 year old how to do it.
The only problem is sometimes the photos get scrambled during the download. I don't know why. I think photobucket does it to discourage people from leaving..
But I ALWAYS!!! make two copies of my photos, which I store on external hard disks that I can plug into any computer. That way I always have a backup.
I have transferred all my on-line photos to flickr except those I use on my website. I have them in a separate folder on the website. And as I said I have backup copies.
