The trigger weight on my M52 is low and would like to hear from others on how to raise the weight for NRA/CMP Center Fire rules or ISSF rules.

NRA/CMP CF 2.5 pounds. ISSF is 3 pounds.

Does the M52 use the same size sear spring as other S&W DA/SA pistols?

I believe the M-52 uses its own sear spring, but don't hold me on it not being interchangeable with other S&W semi-auto pistols or vice-versa. I do know that the M-52 sear spring has its own part number. Gun Parts Corp shows they have M-52 sear springs in stock for about 4 bucks plus tax, title and license. I would try a new M-52 sear spring and see what your results are and if it's not what you want for pull weight try a different model spring. I would also try adjusting the new spring to meet your needs, but I wouldn't do that with the original spring. I would save it as is. It's quite possible Clark Custom Guns could offer you some information on this. They have helped me out a few times on my M-52's.

A retired pistolsmith replaced the original sear spring for me, raising the trigger weight from 1.1 pounds with the weak sear spring to 2.5 with a NOS spring. Good for NRA/CMP Center Fire.

I'll see if I can keep the shots in the black rings with Zero 148 HBWC loads at 50 and 25 yards. I can tolerate a little leading in 90 rounds.
