Howdy from Oklahoma!

Hey guys! I've been lurking for quite a while now, and I absolutely LOVE this forum. I never really thought there was a reason to join until yesterday when I picked up a new "toy" and had a question about it.

I'll start a different thread in regards to it.

Anyway, I love the site and I see big things for me here. I literally cut my teeth on a Smith & Wesson revolver (carried my first as a rookie cop back in 1989 - a 3 inch model 13) and currently own three of them - my dad's "Victory" model M&P that he presented to me this past Christmas, a J frame model 38 (circa 1985) and my newest member of the family, a model 65-1 from 1975.

I've been to Jackson County a coupla times on prisoner transports. I'm up here in Hughes County...a coupla hours from you. I went thru CLEET (1990) with a female deputy from Jackson County. Damned if I can remember her name, though.

If she's been there since 1990, that's her.
