Picked up this Dag in Maine this morning. A recent reproduction...but well made. The sheath is quite something and the workmanship is well executed. The overall knife is 15 inches. Really like the way it is pined and riveted together.....

Don,

I have no idea who made it...just know that it is well executed. It's impressive to hold, feels right in my hand.

Very nice indian's trader dag repro! Looks to be quite well done too. I understand those slots in the blade were to lash the knife to things like a pole to make a spear. Do you have something like fur trader/indians reenactors in your neck of the woods?
