#12. #20 reminds me of a quip about how a man who can smile in the face of disaster has already thought of someone to blame it on. There's also the 5 phases of a project. (Short form: enthusiasm, despair, search for the guilty, punishment of the innocent, rewards for the uninvolved [or those slick enough to evade known involvement]) The German version was more accurate.
