No, I didn't buy it. Gun with red box, guy on the back wall in the main building. $4k was mentioned. It looked nice, but I didn't ask to examine it.

I have attended this show for 10 years, had a table there for 8 years. Now mainly just go to visit with many of the folks I have gotten to know and look for that odd thing that might interest me.

Several of the old timers were conspicuous by their absence, but we're all getting older.

Primers were $100 per brick and up, powders about $38 per pound.

The only thing I bought was a RCBS Lil Dandy powder measure with 5 rotors for $40 complete with instruction sheet and box. One of the rotors was the adjustable one that had been available from a fellow in North Carolina who sold them for $49.

I don't have any affiliation with this show other than being an attendee. 370 tables, free parking, $5 entry fee, and sponsored by the Hutchinson Elks (I'm not a member).

$5 entry and free parking, you're breaking my heart. I abandoned most of the shows here due to $12 (or more!) entry and $3 parking.

Our local shows held in Nat'l Guard Armories are $5-6 admission with free parking but the Louisville National Gun Day shows (next w-end, 10/1&2/22) are $15 admission and $10 parking. The NGD show is much larger and the facility is much nicer so it may be a case of you get what you pay for.

I know what you mean about old timers turning up missing.
