Getting a little bored with black on my M&P15-22, and thinking about getting it hydrodipped with a pattern, possible skulls or a predator green, photos below. Anyone have a company they recommend from personal experience? Anyone to avoid? Thanks!

I'm really leaning towards the skull pattern throughout the entire rifle. My rifle pic below, and below that a Black Rain Ordnance skull'd receiver. I really like the skulls pattern offered by Camo Solutions so far, at least until I find a different skulls version.

Both scream "mall ninja", especially the skulls.
Sure why not, it'll be fun, especially when doing various tactical rimfire matches that I've been doing more of lately. More of a conversation piece.
I've also thinking of doing skulls just on my AR15 stock for shytes & grins.

Sarcasm noted. Don't know what your issue is. I've got my 15-22 set up for run & gun events.
They've worked well in tactical rimfire matches. I find transitioning/locking on between steel targets with the offset red-dot much faster with the AFG and the Gripod/bipod has been great for the prone stages.
Thought it be a kick and something different to have it hydrodipped with a pattern and something to chaw about between stages.

I'm not into that kinda stuff....BUT...the skulls look bad A**!

I like the idea so I googled Hydro-Dip. Would you send your rifle out or try the dip kit?
The website for Hydro-dip quotes a $500 minimum charge, so I think I just answered my own question.
I found the dipkit company site. I like the dead hedz dipkit. Even the dipkits are kinda expensive at $99. Have you found it cheaper?

The receiver in post 3 looks about right. And if it fuddy-duddies get a dose of heartburn over it then so much the better. 
I've found the price to be around $300 for an entire AR-15. I was thinking about having a VLTOR Emod stock done first (~$70-$90) to check out a company; it has enough nooks & crannies to see how it looks before I commit a whole rifle.
Here's some of the choices I've narrowed down:

$285 - Hydroshock Custom Grafix - prices
I'll check out the dipkit site and start looking into DIY. Thanks for the lead!

Hey... it's your gun. Treat it anyway you want and enjoy using it. I think it sounds like a real kick - I can just imagine the comments you're get! Please keep us posted... no pun intended... and show us how it turns out.
