I have been "out" of the gun thing for a bit... I vacillate between my two loves... music and guns. Music puts money in my pocket so that one gets my attention more often than not. But after a while of being on a gun hiatus I am back. Last Friday I scored one of my all time wants that I have never been able to find... a M13. It is a 4" as opposed to my holy grail 3" M13 that I seek but it is nice non the less and I am loving it. I dated it to 1979. While I was picking it up I saw another of my most wanted sitting in the case.. a M19 2 1/2" So yesterday I went back and got that one and low and behold there were now two of them, a dash 5 and a dash 3. I brought the dash 5 home and will pick up the dash 3 next week. I am quickly selling extemporaneously acquired music gear to fund my raging revolver GAS. I will try to post some pictures later today and a family shot once I have them all together.

I did not CHOOSE the -5 over the -3... I CHOSE BOTH. I just brought the -5 home first because I had already paid for it before I saw the -3. I put the -3 on layaway after I purchased the -5. I will be back next Friday to get the -3 and a M60 that I have on lay away. I love my local shop....

LOL.... yes sir. I have always, always wanted a 2.5" M19 and have never seen one for sale locally so when I see two in one week....I buy them both. I aint stupid....well... you know what I mean.

Yes indeed.... now for a 3"M65, 686, 681, 586 and 581. Oh, and lets not forget the N's... gotta have a 27 and a 28. I used to have all of those guns and sold them like an idiot. Oh well....live and learn.

Armybass,
I too took a long hiatus from regular shooting. Out riding on the new Harley. Heck, when I went on vaca the internal lock had not made its debut. Got back into it a few years ago. Since then I've gone off the K frame deep end. Just fantastic revolvers. Nothing better than a P&R K frame. Congrats on your new purchases.
13-1 I grabbed a bit back.
