As it said I am kinda bummed I posted that I recently bought a 6906 and really liked it. Dont ask why but I thought it was such a good deal I called today to order a 2nd and it looks like this source may be over sold. Now I really need another HAHA

If one was a good deal 2 is a way better deal. I have a carry permit and I dont ever seem to be too far from this 6906 these days. It seems when I drive past the local sportsmans club I duck in and peel a few rounds
who has replaced the grips on theirs? I thought about the Hogues but I dont want to fatten it up

Yeah, I really love my 6906, it's by far my favorite 3rd gen gun I own.

Hogues look terrible on this gun, the only thing I added is some skater tape and I'm good to go.

Love my 6906 also, but gotta disagree with the Hogue grips. I love mine. It fits my hand perfectly. Picked up a 4563 this weekend and had a choice between one with the Hogue grips and one with stock grips. Went with the Hogues. Again, it fit my hand much better.

I love 6906s also. Here is a well used one that has hogue grips. It makes it pretty fat in the grip.

Love mine to, did not get two but did get a 5903 to keep it company. Also love the mag adapters for the 15 round mags looks cool.

I love my 6906, but wish that I could get Uncle Mike's grips for it. I have them on my 5903. They are way better than stock and not as fat as Hogues.

Actually, to be completely honest, it is now my wife's 6906. She liked it best of all the semi-autos she checked out. I do still get to have a 6946 for my own!

CDNN also. I had Hogues on my 4566 and replaced them with factory straight grips. Much nicer now (to me). I wish I could get straight grips for the 6906 also. Just don't care for that palm swell.

The mags work fine without the adaptor. It is more for looks to cover the exposed mag hanging down.

As pointed out the 15 round mags work just fine as is in the 6906, and yes the mag adapters are just to cover up the exposed sections of the 15 round mags. But they also give you a fuller grip, and better purchase on the grip in my opinion, it is also easer to conceal than the 12 round mags also in my opinion. So they look good and are functional. You can get them off of Gun Broker or i got mine from Summit Gun Broker.

I'd be all over the Hogues if they made them for the 6906 in a non-finger groove model.

I hate finger groove grips.

I know where my fingers go, dang it!

I have non-finger groove Hogues on my 4516-2 and I have factory grips on my 4046. I prefer the Hogues. It doesn't matter to me how they look as long as I get a consistent, comfortable grip. I'm shopping for grips for my 4046 now, which is how I found this forum!
