Hello
I have been told by GB that I have a duplicate account.
I was fine 2 weeks ago, but now I have to put a credit card on line to bid as they are saying that
I have a duplicate account.
Anyone know that this means? If I do have a duplicate account, I am trying to figure how this happened, and get rid of the duplicate.
I could not find anything on this subject on their web site.
Any information would be appreciated.

If this came in an email, and you logged onto GB from the email, it is likely a scam. Close out and go to GB thru your Favorites or however you find it and log on. See if there is a message about this there.

If not, contact GB (not thru that email) and report this scam.

This is through my account and I accessed it through GunBroker.
 
Good luck, then. I have never had any success talking to a live human or getting an email response within a reasonable time.
