I bought a Hogue coco bolo grip....

for my M638 - finger grooves and checkered. They fit just great.
I loaded up some Speer 135gr. Gold dots and Federal 129gr.+p.
Very spicy loads.
You knew you were shooting something for sure but the grips were a big help.
After 2-3 rounds the grip slipped a little but not enough to force a stop shooting to adjust.

The pronounced palm swell in Hogues forces me to grip too low. Ahrends fit me better, with much less muzzle flip.
