Bought a NIB / Old Inventory K-22 Model 17-4 a year or so ago with TH, TT, T Rosewood Stocks, White outlined rear sight and uncommon red ramp front sight. Original box with the paper with all its original creases and a bag of tools unopened as well as all the paperwork. I hate to say what I paid for it, but I wanted it.
Today I went to the range and thought I grabbed the case with my new manufacture 617. But, it was my unfired (proofs only) 17. SO, I bit the bullet so to speak and it now has had an additional 97 rounds down the barrel, with I figure probably 3 proof rounds, so it now has about 100 rounds through it.
Oh well, I have a 1977 NIB Python that I might accidently take to the range tomorrow. Who knows.
