I have got to stop acquiring handguns!

YES, I unfortunately frequently experience these stupid little 'life emergencies' cropping up when it seems every time I have something on order, or am all ready to purchase it. I HATE THAT !! When I read Mini 14 in your Post, it reminded me of one such incident. I was all ready, with my deposit down, & then the $ Monster struck. It was an Mini 14 'Tactical', w/ 1" Bbl, FH, Bayonet Lug, 20 rd Factory Magazine's available, etc in 7.62x39 / 7.62 Com-Bloc. What a handy little Carbine, & especially so now that some is replicating the original, early model Tiger Folding Stocks, as in the old AC-556 Series & others. BUT, at the time, house repairs took precedent, so luckily I got my deposit back, which was great. That's it for now, just one of my 'tales of woe'.

Handgun Acquisition Syndrome (HAS)

Thank you! I was getting very concerned after my last three trips to the LGS resulted in bringing home a pair of handguns, with each trip! Thought my HAS was getting out of control and might be terminal. After reading the other posts I now realize that I only have a slight case of HAS! I am already feeling much better.

Don't think of it as buying too many handguns, but stimulus to help get the economy going again. By purchasing the handguns, even used, it means that the gun dealer has cash so he can go and purchase more firearms. By buying more, he is putting the funds into the system. In addition, the shipping of the guns gets UPS, USPS and FedEx more trucks on the road, which mean more drivers employed plus they are using more gas and it keeps mechanics busy keeping the trucks running. Then you have the meals that the drivers have to eat. And we haven't even gotten to the ammunition companies and their employees and more shipping etc. By purchasing these two handguns, you are helping getting our economy back to where it should be, so Thank You for purchasing those two handguns.!

Have only bought 3 during lockdown. Guess I have 2 more to get to catch up.

I only had a few and then acquired a lot of them.
Then I sold a bunch of them and kept a handful of them.
I'm thinking about selling one more of them.

I was done buying up until last week when I went in and ordered a new no thumb safety S&W M&P Shield .45 2.0.

I'm looking forward to getting it, shooting it and carrying it. :D

Join us for treatment sessions of "HAS." Handgun acquisition syndrome.
There is currently no known cure and group therapy, on this forum, has little effect.

Good luck and nice acquisitions!

Group therapy on this forum causes it!
