Saturday morning I left on the bike and went down to Gettysburg PA. . I had a great time as I pulled into Gettysburg I noticed WWII troops walking around carrying Garands,Thomsons and other firearms .It seems that there was a WWII reenactment from the 1944 time frame at President Eisenhowers Estate I saw U.S. ,British ,Polish, Free French and German troops. I also saw many Jeeps, trucks, half tracks and motorcycles .It was great seeing all the types of firearms used at the time. I also saw quite a few civil war reenactors.I also made time to run down to the N.R.A. firearms museum. Overall a very good long weekend.
