I lost my dad tonight

Greetings,

Sweet Bride and I send our heart-felt condolences on the loss of your Dad, Sir. I lost my own Dad in 1989, and at least for me, I've found that you never really "get over it". Oh, you do "get used to it", but never "over it". Our prayers and good thoughts go out to you and your family, and may The Good Lord ease your sorrows as He has accepted your Dad into His Loving Arms! Take care, and God Bless!

Every Good Wish,
Doc and Sweet Bride

My deepest condolences to you. I lost my Dad in '94. No warning, he just fell down one morning and died. Like you, I know where he is and look forward to seeing him someday. (See John 3:16). I hunted again this week with his 97 Winchester. Felt like he was there. Hang in there.
I really think this is cool we can go on this site and say stuff like this. Gun collecting is fine, but some things are more important.

Deepest condolences from another 'Michigander',
followed by prayers that come from the heart...

Tim,

Have been at work these past days and just now getting home and know that my heart is broken for you and your family.

You have my condolences, prayers and thoughts for peace, comfort, and strength.

Words are always inadequate at times such as these.

I would only add that I was so very grateful for all the notes of support and prayers when my Dad died in October of 2007.

I know it is a little late but we stand with you, even from afar.
