I seldom buy a re-finished gun........

I don't see very many 2" M15s on the market. People who have them are loathe to part with them. That's a very nice piece. I'm jealous.

FT Rides Again

OK Bobby, just keep it up, how do you expect we poor folks to keep up with your neat stuff? Another great find and a terrific idea to hard chrome, good looking too! I always though the round butt was easier to conceal but this in a holster is very impressive. I say the "Refinish" has increased the value when its not suppose to do so, this from a shooter as opposed to a collector.

I have always thought that HC was the way to go on hard using guns.

If I was back in circumstance where I needed one, I wouldn't hesitate to get one done.

I think that one looks good and serious at the same time.

Ya done good!!

I like it.

I really like the concept of hard chrome----I will have something hard chromed some day as I like grand utility.

I just don't know who would be best for the work.

Sharp, I guess...

But this one "spoke" to me. It's a 15-2 that has been hard-chromed and tuned by somebody who knew what they were doin'. And I LIKE it! :D

Did i miss the part where you said it's for sale ??? huh-huh-huh, did-i did-i, huh-huh... Just kidding, BUT, if you wish to sell it.....................

Following the time-honored tradition of "put up or shut up", I give you... the Girls.

Or, at least, some of them.

You folks are S&W people. So I don't need to point out the 28 and the 15 snubbie. Or which is the 625 Model of 1989, the 22-4 Thunder Ranch, the 686+, the K38 Combat Masterpiece... :)

That is one handsome revolver! I like your choice of stocks but was thinking a nice set of stags would maybe kick it up even one more notch.

Thanks! I had put a pair of k-frame stags up for sale in the classifieds the other day,but decided to keep 'em. Guess where they're goin'? :)

Very handsome, me like.
Now, if you just install a plain short patridge front sight it would be perfect. :)
I'd love to own a nice hard chromed 2" M15, and for that matter a 2" M34 also hard chromed with a patridge front sight, saw one on the forum a few/couple/dozen? years back with that config and it was soooo totally cool.....

Congrats and enjoy

The most beautiful thing about that 15-2 is it is yours to do with what you want (that crazy thing called FREEDOM). And now customized it really is yours...a one of a kind. Job WELL done Sir!

I sent a 2" 15 to Armoloy back in the late 1970's. Traded it off, like so many others, when something new and shiny came along. I loved stainless with a passion back then, and the idea was to have an SS-like gun that S&W didn't make. IIRC I also had adjustable sights put on a 3" Chief and had it Armoloyed as well! My old trading partner/FFL (RIP) and I must've sent a dozen or more guns to them back in the day. Seeing these threads reminds me of some fun times and great guns! Enjoy that Shorty 15, F.T., no shortage of folks that'd take it off your hands if you get tired of it!

Here is where I thought FatTom was going with this one:

"I seldom buy a re-finished gun........"

But when I do, I prefer Dos Eqis

hard Chroming

Boy that sure is nice looking, I feel and itch coming!!! I had a Colt series 70 Hard Chromed by APWCogan this year and they did a beautiful job. The frame was matt and the side of the slide was polished. Other than the costly shipping to and fro I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Sorry guys I don't know how to post a picture.
