No problem a few more S&W's, Colts, add some Rugers and Dan Wessons and you will get over it in no time flat.....

Only by staying in contact with other poor souls who also have this disease and buying another S&W revolver can the disease be held in check. My prescription for you is to buy a S&W revolver a month and call me the following tuesday after your latest purchase. Frank

These are just some of my model 27/327/627s. This does not include other 357s in the stable like Pythons, J-frames, K-frames, L-frames, etc.
How about one of every carbon steel 8 shot model 27 variation ever produced. All unfired since leaving the factory and all with the same serial number (different prefixes).
I am still wondering if I am every going to get addicted to S&Ws. Only time will tell.

Thanks for the support, you guys are great! I tell my wife that there are people out there that own many more revolvers than I do! She says if I buy one more she's gonna kick me to the curb! SO I started thinking, what one gun is worth being kicked to the curb over? Any suggestions? I'm thinking a 6" Stainless Steel Python. What is the Holy Grail of Revolvers?

If it is a 6" Python, why not go for the Royal Blue Python that Colt produced for the Bicentennial of our Nation?
For me one of my favorite Pythons is the "Snake Eyes" set. This looks great hanging on the wall in a office or study
However the Python Grail is the 41 Magnum Python. 5 blue prototypes produced in the 60s and the 125 Nickels assembled in Texas in the late 70s

OP, I know the feeling, waiting on a 617-1 to make it's way to me, 6th Smith in a year and a half, I've bought and then sold a couple others, so 8th or 9th overall.

I was doing inventory last night on my wheel guns.. it took me and my wife over an hour....(the fact that I need to do inventory tells the story) You my dear man have no problems.. just opportunity... I don't have any problem with my accumalation either...just an investment

I don't play a paramedic on TV, but I have rolled as an EMT a time or two. So here's the cure 100 out of 100 E.R. docs agree upon: take 158 grains of Pb 50 times a day and administer via a 2" to 8" .357 inch bore "needle" to the appropriate target until the web of your shooting hand just begins to tingle, going numb is an overdose condition. In the event of overdose, recommend you taper the dose by administering 32 grains of.22 Stinger Pb, via a nominal .224 bore "needle," continue until the target dose is acheived, most likely at 25 yards. Excellent results have been acheived using a 4" "needle" administered by a Model 18 rotating cylinder device.
Should you suffer side effects of any of the above doses (usually characterized by pain accompanied by numbness to the web of the shooting hand), clean your revolver immediately and return to the safe. Begin an immediate regimen of Hogue, Uncle Mike's or Pachmayr rubber prophylactic devices and sheath your grip frame until either symptoms subside or continued use shows no relapse of side effects.
Addiction is a very real possibility when taking your Pb dose and can occur with the use of any "syringe" the JKLN or X, the Python, Diamondback and the single action. So, there is no cure. Prognosis is excellent as the condition is uncurable and will eventually result in a lifetime spent applying Hoppe's No. 9, Break Free and RIG ointments, PRN.
I trust this advice will be of assistance, may your condition be chronic and your safe contain many rotating cylinder instruments to ease your pain.

I sold the .38 spl 442 and replaced with a SP101 3"
Then I saw a Colin Noir video about .45acp, and then got this one

You think you got a problem. Not.. Earlier this year I traded ,even up, a 4", DA/SA, Model 64 for a Model 59 to a friend. After months of remorse over no longer having the M64, I'm now trying to figure out a way to talk the friend into selling me the M64.

The only problem with a cardboard box is that it is hard to attach your safe to the walls. Well, actually "attaching" is the easy part, protecting it against removal is the hard part. Cardboard boxes can make for a quite comfortable abode.
Don't ask me how I know.
