In one of the threads in the ammo forum there is a question about what is in your ammo stockpile. Has anyone on this group ever looked up the videos on Youtube on "ammo stockpile" and seen what has come up? Some of them have their stash as well as their faces on the videos. I don't think that is to smart.. Any thoughts???

I believe I have sufficient number of boxes in each caliber. A 50 caliber ammo can is a box, isn't it? Also, all the mags and speed loaders are full.

Thats what I was thinking.. I can see my neighbor browsing the vids and saying "dang that's #### from next door" or an agency going "dang we need to pay him a visit".

Haven't really researched the issue (so don't quote me on this) but right after Brady 1, it was rumored (when I lived in NC), that it was illegal to posses more than 1000 rounds of a particular caliber of ammo. That may have been a state regulation in NC at the time or just propaganda scare tactics spread by the “Brady Bunch” but not sure. Anyway, I thought it was kinda ridiculous since you could buy cases of surplus battle packs containing 1440 rounds. But to be safe I figure the best option would be to store ammo in multiple locations when stockpiles exceed the alleged limit.

But back to the point, I’m a firm believer in the right NOT to be a witness against myself. So I won’t be posting pics of my personal arsenal.
