A friend wants me to list them for sale. I have no idea what they are (?) They fit K frame.

They appear to be factory K frame Target stocks with extra wood relieved on both sides of the upper panel, in a Colt Python like style.

Thank You. What era are they from? I have never seen grips like that on S&W revolvers.

I don't see washers on the backside, as on factory S&W grips. Screw holes don't look like factory S&W. Whatever they are, they are interesting.
