I just bought a plastic bag full of stocks. There is a nice set of football N-Frames in there which is probably worth twice what I paid for the whole bag. Now here are two pair of after market sets which I don't know the maker of. Maybe Thailand. I have seen that deep "K" in stocks before, but can't remember who made them. Any help is appreciated.

If I could make a wild guess. The ones on the left look like Badger grips. That is due to their finish. The inside of them has an Altamont "look," with the "K" stamp.

The ones on the right are probably Ahrends.

Just my opinion, which is worth exactly what you paid for it.

The right hand pair look like Eagles to me. Cocobolo, which is hard to get now. Are they really thick and round in cross-section?

The square butts are Altamonts - they are the manufacturer that used the routed letter corresponding to frame size. I have no idea on the round butt grips.

Afios,

I agree. The extra holes are for the locating pins near the trigger guard and bottom edge.
