If you could only have one revolver in .357, what model would it be?

I cannot BELIEVE we have gone four pages and NO ONE has mentioned the indespensible Model 13 or 65! Make mine my three inch, round butt Model 13-3 in either blued or nickel.

MY 2.5 inch Model 66. It's more accurate than I could ever have wanted in a relatively concealable package. It just "fits" me. Let's face it though, ALL of the firearms mentioned so far would suffiently foot the bill. When it needs to be carried on a daily basis, my 66 snub is my all-time favorite!

Regards.

If I had to choose between my 586 PC and Colt King Cobra, I'd have to go with the 8-inch KC.

It would be hard not to chose my 19-7 or 586 L-Comp

Well, my druthers would be a prewar .357, 4" barrel, King gold bead front sight with a white outline "U" groove rear, humpback hammer, and probably stag grips with the prewar grip adapter.

Not that that is ever going to happen...

360 PD. It's the biggest gun I can get away with in my leather jacket. My Taurus 605, while harder hitting and more accurate, is too heavy. My belt gun is a .44.

Man! What I wouldn't give for a heavy barreled, 3 inch, Model 10 no lock, blue, with a Round Butt and a night sight on the front sight.

I would give my model 10-3 (Blue)4 inch, My S&W Model 60 Proline 357, night sighted on front only. All the Smiths I own for a Model 10 of my dreams.

If I was restricted to just one .357, it would have to be the Model 27-2 five inch.

That's a tough decision, but if I was only allowed ONE .357 Magnum, I'd probably spring for a 627 PC (AKA "Bloodwork" gun).

I use my 28-2 4 inch barrel as my range 357 Magnum and that is followed up with a 686 no dash 6 inch barrel. Now if you were saying I could only keep one S&W 357 Magnum it would be my Nickel 27-2 with 6 inch barrel.

Would Be The last To Go

I'd like a fixed sight model 19 or a fixed sight N Frame with the ejector rod shroud. If they made a 681 or 581 without the full lug that would work too.

Nothing looks as tough as a fixed sight revolver with a shrouded ejector rod. I just don't like the look of the full lug.
