Say A new law passed tonight...You woke up and there it was.....You could only keep one gun...Whether it be a pistol, rifle, shotgun..Does not matter....Had to get rid of em all but one

Kind of the same situation here. I have a dozen rifles/shotguns not registered in any way shape or form. I'm sure many many people are the same. In fact, I only have three guns that have a record of sale. Out of the three of them, I'd keep my 681

Every time this comes up I state a different gun. Will somebody please make up my mind? 10mm...44mag...32 Seecamp...T/C 22 auto rifle...

This time I'll go with the Remington 1100 12ga Tac 4, with it's supplemental rifled choke. Nine rounds of 12ga is the best insurance policy and the coolest I could have. I had it over 2 years and haven't fired it yet.

I have actually been in this situation twice in my life. Getting down to one was mostly money driven, or the lack of it.

Both times I selected a short gun, once a 1911 Colt and a Charter Bulldog .44 the second.

This of course was years ago. If I had to choose today it would probably be my 27-2 converted to .45 ACP. Either that or my Shorty .45, tough choise though.
