When Rahm Emanual takes over as mayor, maybe he'll let the good people of the 5th most populous state, or the Chicago metropolitan area , exercise their constitutional right to defend themselves by personally signing the CCW permits.
OK.... maybe that won't happen.
BUT... He comes to do good, all is well.
