It's 45 in MA and feels like Antarctica. It's that damp cold that goes right through you and gets into your bones.

45 degrees here, so it is warm. Shorts & sweatshirt weather. Maybe even sandals

45 degrees in southern California or AZ would be wearing winter parkas.
