Looks like Quinn, sounds like Quinn, but, my bet is on the old "B" movie "heavy" from many westerns. .. Yakima Canutt.

IMO, not Anthony Quinn in the bit.
I believe it was John Lee Morgan Beauregard "Rags" Ragland. According to IMDB, he was a boxer, Burlesque comedian, Broadway actor and character actor in many movies. Also known for an active libido that included Gypsy Rose Lee as one of his conquests.
