This is the original movie featuring the Big Red One. Its called: Breakthrough and has: David Brian, John Agar, Frank Lovejoy, Paul Picerni and William Campbell. Ill bet you aint seen this one in decades unless you have the Warner Brothers released DvD--which is an On Demand title only-meaning, they aint makin a copy of it unless you ask and pay for it.
BTW, I love the theme version of: The Army Goes Rolling (Marching) Along.

Another classic, and this one is about the 3rd Armored Division (The Tanks Are Coming w/ Steve Cochran, Paul Picerni, GEORGE O'HANLON (aka: the voice of George Jetson) Phil Carey and James Dobson.
This is another ill bet most have not seen or not in decades and the only other way to see it is to buy the DvD from the On Demand part of the Warner Bros site. This movie was an actual but plagerized portrayal of America's top Tank (panzer Ace) Ace in WWII: Staff Sergeant Lafayette G. Pool-who was from my neck of the woods. Steve Cochran plays Pool. There was a lawsuit where the real Sarge tried to sue the studio who made this movie because it was his story and they changed just enough facts from it to win the case.

Yea DVR's work good for this when playing on TCM, and also utube downloaders 331mb. Not that I would copy a copy righted movie because that's illegal and DHS will come after ya. TCM not showing it to be played soon last time was at 10:00am 11/25 will have to watch it again latter.

It shows good quality on YouTube even full screen.

In all the years ive had TCM, I dont remember them airing it. TCM has some kind of a contract w/ WB studios and ive seen other rare or never played movies shown. I remember several years ago, they aired a William Holden and Frank Lovejoy classic--featuring the Texas 36th "T" Patchers, ID called: A Force of Arms. It was sorta a romance movie and I normally detest them but, it had enough action in it to even keep my interest and really was well made. Ivw got these three--and many others now) from the WB on demand titles.

I tried to find the movie about the 45th I.D the: Thunderbirds ID, but apparently not posted by anyone. I THINK it might have been released, but not fully sure?

There are so many out there not released that should be, none or almost none never get air time. about 98% of those, I havent seen in well over 30-35 years.

As in my post it was aired 10:00am 11/25 2013, Had to have them replace our Sat receiver so it had to be this year. You can join TCM and do a search for any movie you are looking for and if it is going to be aired they have a reminder that you subscribe to and one week before they will send you a reminder, then again at one day another reminder. Works great for me to replace the movies I lost with the other sat receiver that went down and lost those movies.

Also TCM has a suggest feature and I guess if they get enough request and they can get it they may air it. It didn't work for Song Of The South, I had to buy that one.

Oops, I misread your post. I remember on that day, I was busy watching: 7th Cavalry and a few others which is partly why I didnt look at the TCM schedule. I hadnt seen any Westerns for far too long, so I looked up several on youtube to watch.
