In light of so many 9mm threads - list your 9mm pistols here!

For those manufacturers out there that monitor this forum, if you want to make a new cartridge as well as a firearm to shoot it, how about taking the 357 magnum, changing it to rimless then designing a high quality semi auto pistol along the 1911 lines with a double stack magazine, a 4 and 5 inch barrel option. Call them the 357 auto mag and watch the industry try to catch up with your innovation.
"The term "Grizzly" in reference to a .357 Magnum semi-automatic pistol is associated with the LAR Grizzly Win Mag pistol, which was originally designed for the .45 Winchester Magnum cartridge but also offered conversion kits for other calibers including the .357 Magnum."
I had one, great gun.

It might be a great gun, but I cannot find a reference on it. I went to Grizzly firearms and there is no mention of it. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Anyway, since there is not currently a semi auto 357 magnum handgun on the market, from what I understand due to the 357 being a rimmed cartridge which does not play well with semi auto magazines, it's time that someone modifies the current rimmed 357 magnum to a rimless. Then it will play well with a standard magazine, then either change a current design or build a new design to fire the new rimless round.

I keep remembering 9s I have. My third post. Glock 19 and Destroyer carbine 9 mm largo.

I have 7 guns in 9mm and this Springfield is my favorite to take to the range and shoot.
My carry gun is a Sig P365.

I have only the one 9mm handgun. AND it's my EDC. G19 Gen 5 MOS with Holosun SCS, Streamlight TLR8AG. Upgrades: Trijicon Bright & Tough™ Night Sights, Talan Grips, GS Tungsten Guide Rod and Glock Advanced Trigger. I've got around 5k rounds thru it. Has ran flawless. Yes, I know it has a lot of upgrades. I liked this one so much, I figured I'd just upgrade it instead of buying another one. I also have a S&W M&P FPC in 9mm. But that's a truck gun.

Grumpy Eddie asked - You working undercover for the democrats now days ?

Grumpy, if you're on this Forum you probably own at least a dozen guns, maybe many dozens. Nobody cares. There are probably over 85 million gun owners in America and around 400 million guns. If gun owners were the problem, everyone would know it. I stand tall when I announce to this Forum that I have a few gun safes and cabinets, lots of guns, and I can predict with almost deadly certainty that nobody, not even your fabled "democrats", is coming to take them. So there! :D

My Truck Gun is a S&W Model 19 loaded with Buffalo Bore 158 gr hollow points. I am not a big Glock fan, but I do have a G19 X that I use shooting the the Glock GSSF matches. With the adjustable rear sight, extended slide, magazine releases and updated Glock trigger, I find it adequate for shooting their matches if using 147 gr hollow point ammo. Still nowhere as accurate as the Sigs, Colt or S&W. Carry guns, depending upon where I am going or how I am going to dress is a Kimber Micro 9 with a Crimson Trace laser or my Sig P365 X. I might have mentioned that I do not have much use for any semi auto handgun without a thumb safety.

I'll only mention two.

The 9MM I carry every day is a Shield Plus 4" OR put together with a new frame and a Shield PC 9MM 4" OR slide I bought as a stripped slide and built up. Like it well enough to built a second one up later.

The most accurate 9MM I have (and also the most accurate center fire semi auto I've ever fired) is a CZ P09 milled for a dot optic. Too big for me to carry but it's scare accurate.

Yes, I know I am very late to this thread. I've bought - and eventually sold - a few 9mm's over the years, but the only two I've kept have been a pair of Hudson H9's from the original company before they went broke and got bought out by Daniel Defense. DD updated the design, but I still like the original Hudson version with the 1911 design elements combined with a striker instead of a hammer plus that weird front-end where the recoil spring is located at the level of the trigger guard.

I own two - one is a bone-stock version in factory black that has never been fired (I bought it on a lark, and if GunBroker is to be believed it's about quadrupled in price); the other has been stripped down and coated in OD Green Ceracote with custom grip panels that I do take to the range on rare occasions. At this time, they are also the only striker-fired pistols I own.

I'm not sure how secure this forum is and who may be monitoring this site to see how many firearms are owned by which member. Could someone assure me that the ATF has no way to monitor this forum.
I'm new to forums and facebook; social media and maybe I'm paranoid.
Thanks
