At the very least we would need to know the approximate serial number to be able to determine age. You can replace the last two or three number with XXXs if you have privacy concerns.
Those grips did not ship with the firearm. From age we can probably make a good guess at which grips it shipped with in that era.
Value is very dependent on condition, so we either need a statement from you on condition of more and better photos. How does the nickle look under the grips? Is there peeling or chipping? Is the finish original or has it been redone? Do you still have the box, paperwork and tools? Those all alter value as well.
