Your revolver is a .32 Hand Ejector-2nd Change from 1906-1909.

Value depends on condition. Please post pictures.

The finish is damaged but DON'T TOUCH it. You can clean only with oil & a cloth. The original factory finish... even in poor condition is generally more valuable than any cleaned or refinished piece. Others will be along with advise on how to best preserve the finish.
The rusty action parts can be cleaned, probably soaked in a penitrent first. BUT must be disassembled with care by someone who knows what they are doing. Do you have a correct fitting set of hollow ground gunsmithing screw drivers to protect those screw slots?

.32 Hand Ejectors in the serial number range of 529XX were manufactured Sept. 17, 1906, as blue guns with black hard rubber stocks. Your example, after a careful cleaning and oiling of the interior parts, and if the bore is satisfactory, probably has a market value in the $325-$400 range at most gun shows. Ed.
