I installed the geiselle SSA trigger this last week and everything went smoothly. Mr. Geiselle has 4 YouTube videos that I ran thru for the install of the trigger and they were very helpful.

Took the beast out to the range and WOW! What an incredible difference. Smooth, light and crisp - feels like a whole new gun.

Highly recommended.

That's the next upgrade for my M&P 10. I've got Mr. Geissele's triggers in my AR-15s, SCARs and ACRs and love them.

Was removing the right side bolt release necessary for trigger install? If so, how as that? Anything special to be aware of there?

I did have to remove the right side bolt release. That went pretty well, just tap the pin out and the bolt release will twist off. The angle to get the punch in is tight so the punch is slightly offset from being vertically aligned to the pin when you are taking it out. Putting it back went smoothly.

I had to remove the right side bolt release also but another poster said it wasn't necessary. I didn't see how though. Also, if you don't push the pin all the way out you can squeeze it back into position with some padded jaw pliers.

To install the FCG without removing the bolt release, simply press the L/H bolt release until the mechanism is out of the way. I've removed & re-installed the M&P-10 FCG a couple times this way. I have yet to have to remove the bolt release

I will try that when I upgrade my trigger, thanks.
