I picked up a Holosun HS507C X2 for my M&P 10mm 2.0 the other day, and installed it this morning. Installation was simple and took about 15 min. (I did cheat a little and viewed a couple of "how to" videos on YouTube!). I like the default Circle & Dot reticle, and I kept the other default settings as well. I haven't been to the range yet, but viewing some "targets" through the red dot while dry firing, the 507C appears to be spot on with the iron sights- so hopefully adjustments will be minimal when I do get to the range.

I put one on my 4" and really like it. The Holosun is lower profile, and it allows me to see the front sight at the right elevation. Others that I have would not allow this.

I installed a Holosun HE507C on my M&P 2.0 Compact 4 inch Optic Ready a few months ago right after getting the M&P Compact and am very satisfied with it. Being able to switch between the 3 reticles is great, the green reticle really lights up well, and very easy to see the stock suppressor height sights through the optic window, co-witness I believe is the popular term.

I have two of the Holosun 507C sights. One on a S&W 66 and one on a Browning Buckmark 22. I haven't shot either a lot but I like them so far.

I recently bought a Holosun HE509T-GR X2 and put it on a Glock Gen 5 model 34 . I first put on a Trijicon SRO and it sat to high for me. I also really like the Holosun recital that has the larger circle with the dot in the center. I can find the dot without searching for it like what was happening with the SRO.
The shake and wake is a plus as well. Lastly having it be in a sealed container and not having to worry about lint or rain drops affecting the red or green dot in my case is an extra plus.

UPDATE- Range Report with 507c

I finally got to the range yesterday to try out my new Holosun 507c. I put a a few boxes of 180gr FMJ through the M&P 10mm 2.0, with no issues. No F2Fs and the mags worked fine. This is my first pistol optic, so I spent some time getting used to it (using circle-dot reticle). It was almost spot on with the iron sights and on the targets, so I only had a minor adjustment to raise the red dot a few clicks. I shot bullseye targets at 15 yds, 7 yds, and 25 yds (two-handed standing, modified Weaver stance). Results were acceptable for my first experience shooting with an optic...plenty of center bullseye hits, but wide groupings and misses were my fault, not the gun's or sight's- I just need more practice! I'm still very impressed with the M&P 10mm 2.0, and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite pistols.
