Pulled from the recesses of "the old wood gun cabinet." Any guesses on age?

No guesses, but that's pretty cool. Never saw any pellets made by S&W before. I hope someone has some info about them.

Probably mid-70's. I carried them in my gun shop during the 1974-1978 period or so. S&W also was marketing pellet pistols in both .177 and .22 caliber back then, and the pellets were part of the product line. IIRC, S&W discontinued the pellet pistols and pellets around 1978-80 or so. Man, I haven't even thought about S&W pellets (or S&W pellet guns) for years. I wonder if I still have some from the left-over inventory from that time period - I'll have to look.

S&W pellets

Smith and Wesson produced a few CO2 powered pellet guns in the 70's. Two pistols were modled after the model 41; they were the model 78 and 79. One was a .177 the other was a .22.

As a side note I have three full display sleeves of .22 caliber S&W pellets.
