Went to the NRA exhibit in Atlanta this morning. S & W has large display with dozens of their guns, but not one Model 41. Mentioned this to the young lady from Smith and all I got was a blank stare. Seems she never heard of it.

In the past, NRA exhibit halls I attended, the young ladies seemed to be picked primarily based upon other characteristics besides their intimate knowledge of products.;)

Not a Model 41 but as close as I can come:

I doubt the Rep's at a show are very well versed in the Company's history or full product line unless they have been there a long long time and are really into guns. Many times they choose the prettiest employees and sometimes just hire models to attract new customers, give them a crash 1 hour course and hope for the best.

I'd bet the M41 is just a minuscule amount of their sales now days. Maybe they did not even have one available to bring.
