How would this, ignorant, person, legally, and best, deal with thoughtless, internet suppliers? I've lost several hours of work, today, as I do most days. The problem boils down to the fact that I have intermittent loss of internet connection, at random times of the day, and night. When this happens unbeknownst to me, my work in progress is lost, or my TV/Recordings are interrupted. I have a package deal with A T & T, for all my services, TV, TV Recording, cell-Phone, Landline-phone, and Internet Access. The cost of my services never reflect, my loss of service, or my inconvenience, and frustration.
I sure could use advice, from better educated, and more knowledgeable, folks on this forum.

After several years of uninterrupted service I had the same problem. Not ATT...I have a different vendor.

I checked the puter, they checked the line....no problems found. At my suggestion, and with a little knowledge on my part, I requested that they send me a new wifi router.

That fixed the problem. The part was simply worn out.

My carrier was very responsive. My guess is that your would be too. I bet they are not thoughtless.

If they are, fire them and switch carriers. There are satellite suppliers that sell the same thing.

I would find another vendor, then once connected via the other vendor or vendors, cancel the AT&T package deal.

Shop around. There's a lot of discounting available in the industry. Play one vendor against the other. Often a new vendor will give you incentives to switch to them. Tell new vendors your tale of woe, and ask what they can do for you if you switch.
