Is Comfortable IWB Carry An Oxymoron?

Hi Old Cop--I've got that WAY over 60 paunch also. I've done the appendix carry on and off over the years. My two favorite wheel guns are a 640-3 and a 66-2. The 66-2 is the favorite of the favorites but when carried at the appendix position it's a bit heavy and when sitting, the barrel digs into the crease where the leg meets the paunch. I'm trying to find a holster with a fwd cant which makes the 66's butt kinda hide in the paunch when worn outside the pants but under the belt at just slightly fwd of 3:00 position. Sounds complicated but it really isn't. I'm thinking Kydex because it's really thin and light weight.
