Is PB blaster safe to use on guns

Asking because my only experience with PB blaster is in automotive setting or farm equipment repair. It seems to be very aggressive in freeing rusted parts. How does effect plastic parts and wood finishes. I know I could try it on a small part and see but I was hoping to use other people experience . Thank You in advance.

It contains some pretty aggressive solvents.
I wouldn't use it on anything that wasn't metal.

I think PB Blaster contains Acetone - not something I'd use on any firearms or non metallic objects. I have several cans and I never found it to be a miracle worker anyway.

Does it have any restrictions or warnings on the can/label?

I would avoid putting it on plastic, rubber, wood, or any painted parts.
