I've always had good luck with S&B…10mm, 9mm and .45ACP. I found it accurate and clean burning.
Yes, it's good ammo. I like em for their metric ammo, e.g., 9x21, 7x57, etc.

I found it very reliable in 9mm, but did have few issues with .38 Special. This was about fourteen years ago, and my internet research at the time showed it had a reputation for hard primers.

I like it. It's cheap, accurate, consistent, and clocks velocities higher than US brands, especially in 9mm.

We ran several truck loads of .223, worked just fine. Did MOA out of my bolt gun.
I think the Czechs make some of the best ammo in the world. I especially like their factory ammo for metric cartridges like 9x18, 7.62x25 and 7.65 Browning (.32 ACP). Some years ago, I bought some .38 Special 140-grain cowboy loads that were outstanding. It is also good brass to reload.

S&B was purchased by Colt/CZ last year which bodes well for the brand. It should make a very good brand even better.
I've gone through hundreds of rounds of S&B in .45 as well as .303 British with no problems.
Excellent company and ammo.

In 7x57 they make both the 140gr & 173gr soft point. I believe also even the 7x57 R...

S&B is in the Czech Republic. I reload and I have picked up S&B brass in 38 Special and its a lower quality than Federal, Remington or even Winchester.

S&B is first class ammo in 9mm. Their FMJ is loaded to better velocities than you generally see out of plinking ammo, to the point you will see some complaints of it being too hot. Such complaints usually come from those who think that weak sauce 115gr @ 1100 fps is normal. S&B is my go to ammo for breaking in new guns.

I prefer S&B when you line them up against all the other "budget" ammo.
My experience with S&B is spotty. .32 acp is excellent and .380 is very good. 115 gr 9mm is under powered and inaccurate. 7.62x39 that I tried had coated cases that stuck in the chambers. .303 British had coated brass that was nearly impossible to reprime after firing and very short lived.
Their 9mm ammo clocks at near 9mm NATO standard velocities. I've had no issues with it at all, but it's also the only S&B ammo I've used thus far.

Several years ago, I got a great deal on a little Sako Vixen in 222 Remington. I had an extra 2x7 Leupold I threw on it and went to the LGS for some ammo. 222 was not plentiful, but they had a couple of boxes of S&B 50 grain soft points. The first 5 rounds at 100 yards were touching. Yeah, I like it!

Possibly not relevant now, but 25 years ago I fired just a few 12 ga bird shot loads in my Winchester m 50 short stroke semi auto, neglected to clean right away, and while showing to a friend 2 weeks later discovered, to both our surprise, rust in the sliding chamber. Not much but enough to not trust again with out proof of non corrosive, which was described on the box.

I bought some but did some research first. They've been in business for 200 years and their 380 and 32 ACP is very clean, consistent, and accurate if I do my part. I just ordered another bunch of 32 ACP. Round nose is my carry load in 32 since every thing I have read about hollow points is that they don't expand at all at the speed of a 32 OR, if they do expand, they do not penetrate deep enough to do any damage.

I tried their 9mm many decades ago & it was not accurate for me at all. I switched to PMC for cheap ammo & it was/is amazing.
Never bought it again, but now that CZ has it, I may need to try it again.

Bought a short case of their 124gr 9mm a few years back. Recoil was a bit heavy. After I bought a couple of cases of WW military 9mm from SGAmmo, I could tell it's the equal to NATO ammo. Accuracy is good in my 365's, ok in my 3913.

Their 357 Mag FMJ ammo was affordable and great at the range. Wish I still had more of it.
