I've got a 5" 686+ 3-5-7 series and I was going to have the trigger worked over but the pull is pretty good both in single and double. I had no trouble staying on a small target at 10 yards in double action just pulling it through without staging. It still has a couple of bumps along the way, but quite smooth and very shootable.
I know the performance center revolvers get a full action job don't they? Does this get anything similar or did I just get a decent one?
My new 67 is much tougher to pull in double and both single and double are not nearly as smooth with a bit of creep in single. I'm not all that worried about it as it's going to the smith next week for an action job but I do wonder about my 686...
