I have a habit of looking at the license plate of the vehicle in front of me. This happens most often at a traffic light.
No, I don't tailgate people.
It amazes me at the number of people whose vehicle shows a registration sticker over a year old and sometimes even older. The Pandemic didn't stop me from registering my truck. Didn't stop me from getting the emissions test done either.
I even see vehicles with temp tags that are past the allotted time to have received your new plates. One vehicle was 18mos. past the date. I know during the pandemic LEO's would let your registration slide but I think we're past that grace period or should be.
Is it an issue of license plate production? Did we let too many prisoners out of jail without thought for the repercussions? Anyone else see what I see?
The DMV has it's flaws but leave it to the average citizen to exploit them.
