Recently picked up these presentation length cocobolo oiled finish stocks for my K-frames. The wood is absolutely gorgeous and they fit like a glove. Not an ounce of movement on the frame.

I should be getting mine soon--I've only been waiting 7 years now, lol. I'll post pics once I've received them.
I bought a 6" 686 just to get the Spegels that came with the gun
LOL, I have done the same thing with a 1911. I bought the gun just to take the Spegels and then resold the gun HAHA

I picked up the stocks above from a guy who received them in the middle of year 4.

I am curious about this because I have been on his list for a long time too! Does it make you curious if you are still actually on it? It does for me?

Can't remember when the last order I got was (years), but I always get right back on the list when placing one. Got a call a few months ago from Mr Spegel to tell me that I was up again. Shouldn't be long now until my new sets arrive. And yes, I got right back on the list, though I wonder how many more chances I'll get.

Actually I'm on ALL of his lists--Hi Power, 1911 and revolver. Ive been waiting 7 years for my number to come up on the revolver list, 2 or 3 years on the others. In fact, I recently picked up a very nice set of 1911 stocks in English walnut.
If you're on his list he will call you when its your turn, there's just no rushing him.
