I was once young and fat. Roughly 25 years ago, my first feral hog.

Me (mouth wide open) rafting the Chattooga River with my husband (arm), granddaughter (head), son (black shirt), and guide (orange helmet).

Y'all might remember this river section from the movie "Deliverance".

Since some are looking back, that's me in the polka dots at center. The taller girl left of me was my best friend, and her husband is the retired Air Force Colonel that got me started in the firearms hobby. My sister is the shorter girl right of me.

My first trigger pull! With my childhood friends husband the colonel, while he was stationed at Offutt.
