It's Cold

I made a slow left turn yesterday that tried to become a 180. The old instincts are still there,never left my lane,just kept on truckin [emoji5]

47 degrees, blowing 30 knots out of the North. Wet, windy and it cuts right through my thin blood.

23 degrees F in Boston at this moment.

Starting to get cold, a few days ago we were in the low 50's.

As I sit here in my LL Bean flannel pajamas and flannel bathrobe on, I can't complain about anything.
Inside temp, 68 F.

8 AM -6, wind chill -26. Worse than the cold outside is the miserable cold in my head. Back to bed.

I do, got tired of moving my feet in bed on regular sheets and saying Yikes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

24 degrees here and sunny, might need to grab a light jacket. At least there's a nice cool breeze blowin'.
I used to go winter backpacking. I'd bring a backpacking thermometer and hang it on the outside of my jacket. It goes down to 30 below. On a 3 day trip in the mountains it was pegged at 30 below 0. That's braggin' cold.
I don't carry a tent. Instead, I'd put my sleeping bag and sleeping pad in a bivy bag and cover my backpack. It never failed to keep me cozy warm.
