J Frame Holsters?

Like RichCapeCod said, the Gun Belt is every bit as important as the holster. That said, trying other people's IWB might help, but it took me nearly a year before I liked my choice of the horse hide IWB by Galco that is called the Guardian. Its got to be about 15 year old now and fits the steel Bodyguard and myself like I was born with it. All bodies are different, I'm 5'6" tall at 135lb and this combo rides comfortably just forward of my watch pocket.
Don't forget the Barami Grip which can make a J-frame disappear behind the belt.

I like carrying my 32's IWB in this tuckable rig I cobbled together. Some folks laugh due to size, but the large footprint makes it invisible on me. A lot of folks get tuckable holsters thinking it will be a useful feature and after realizing how much fiddling it takes to get it on in the morning they quit using that feature.

Some great options listed above. I went ahead and ordered a belt from bullhidebelt.com and sent a request for an offset holster from Lobo. 10 week wait on the holster...

That offset hook holster looks really nice. I might just have to order me one too!

Believe it or not, after trying a number of different holsters, my favorite has been a cheapo Uncle Mike's inside the waistband holster.

The best part about it for me is that you can unstitch the belt clip and reposition it however you want to get the perfect can't and riding height. You can really get it to feel exactly how you want it to feel.

Plus it isn't as bulky as many of the others.

I just did the same thing! It's a great way to POC an IWB setup to see what works for you.
