Uncle's Mike's boot grips were made under a license from Craig Spegel. For some reason Butler (owner of Uncle Mike's) decided not to renew that arrangement so, no more Spegel grips made of rubber with the Uncle Mike's name on them. When I found out the agreement between them was over I bought a extra set of J frame Boot grips and Combat grips off the S&W site before they ran out. Sorry, they aren't for sale.

I never liked Uncle mike's boot grips on a J frame. But I do like their combat grips. They are on my 642. I like to get my whole hand on the grips and they cover the backstap. I still can pocket carry with the combat grips.

They don't show the Uncle Mikes Boot grips for the J frame any longer but do have the Combats & list the full line of K/L Round butt grips..

They are still out there to be had. I just picked up a new 642 with the Uncle Mikes Boot Grip... though it was the last one they had in stock at the time.
