Jerry is always fun to watch, and to talk to at match's. His choice of ammo is really great, it was my ammo of choice for my Anschutz in small bore rifle match's. My gun could group under .25" at 100 yds with the 320SM, if the wind cooperated.

I happened to be there the day Jerry was "discovered" by Roy at the Masters International Shooting Championship. Shooting a S&W revolver his times on the action event were right up there with the top pro's using tricked out 1911's.

I met him at Second Chance back in the 1990s. He was most gracious when I asked if I could take a picture of him. He definitely is the real deal.

I was on the same squad as Jerry for a USPSA match about 6 years ago. He is so down to earth and willing to teach. When you shoot next to him, his skill becomes overwhelming.

Shot 3 Gun with Jerry for years, always a class act.

Spent a week at a summer camp for junior shooters, Jerry was sent by S&W to be a guest coach. He was an amazing gentleman, never acted like a celebrity, acted like one of us. And he was an amazing shooter.

I used to see Jerry year after year at the Steel Challenge World Championship in Southern California.

He used to go to the pay-to-play side matches, pay his money, ask who's got the best time, and leave their score in the dust-regardless of whether it was pistol, rifle, or shotgun.

Very gracious, willing to sign autographs for any one, and always willing to give tips, if you asked.

A real class act!

I used to shoot with Jerry at the Bianchi Cup for several years. The match is a week long. We had dinner together a few times, shot together on the practice range, etc. I am no one special, everyone at the match can do the same with any of the big name shooters. Jerry is the same off camera as on. What you see is what you get. He's the real deal, and fun to be around. Just a down to earth, nice person.
