John Ross S&W500

Have anybody on this forum recently purchased or tried to purchase one? I have sold my 4" S&W 500 to purchase the JR version. I have mailed in the payment toward the end of December, I have tried to sent him a email at the beginning of this month and even called yesterday with no luck getting in contact. I don't mind the wait since I am still in the 30 days of one handgun a month in this state of CA. I just want to know if he is still around because I still have to fax or scan and email my FFL information to him.

I am purchasing a JR 500 soon. I got hold of Mr. Ross last week and he gave me these instructions for completing a transaction:

Mail the following to:
John Ross C/o Mullin Law Office
7912 Bonhomme 3rd Floor
St. Louis, MO 63105

He wants payment, FFL 'file copy', and a sheet of paper containing:
1) FFL/Ship to name and address:
2) Buyer contact info.
3) Color desired and serial number desired (if applicable).

He prefers all this mailed to him together, but he said FFL 'file copy' can be Faxed to: 314-721-8206 (he said his FAX machine is sometimes not compatible with other units, that is why he prefers everything mailed to him.)
