I was at my local gun shop to put some more money down on a very nice nickel Colt detective special when one of the clerk's went to put a mint NIB S&W model 642-1 in the case. Well one look and I put the money that was going to the Colt on the 642 the clerk to call the owner to see if he will take $350.00 . As we were talking the owner of the 642 walk's in and he'll take my offer.

So we get talking and lo and behold I just met my first forum member so a big thank you to J Champane.

WG840 There are several member's near me but this is the first time I've met one face to face.I hope in the future to meet more as at least one even shoot's at my club.And yes it was funny to meet over a deal on a S&W.
p/s I went back this afternoon and picked up the 642 so I might have to go try it out tomorow morning.
