The serial is K455443
What year was this made?
It does have the wide target Hammer and Trigger. It is 80-85 % gun. Timing is perfect and barrel is like new. Grips are very nice

Welcome to the FORUM! Congratulations on the 14! You should sure enjoy shooting it. I have a 14-3 from 1977. Sorry, I do not have the book with the dates. Bob

Yes. 1961. I have a -1 from the same year (ANIB) with a slightly higher serial number. The -1 was made for just over a year, beginning (perhaps) in 1959. I believe -1 production was lower than any other variant.

If you look closely at the rear face of the cylinder, you should be able to see the letter L.

Hey thanks guys! I am going to ask a lot of this revolver! I am going to use it in NRA Percision matches! I am going to the nationals

Welcome to the forum, congratulations and good luck with your 14-1 at the matches. I have a 14-2 from around 1963 that I really like. It is a beautiful gun along with being smooth and accurate.

You are going to love that gun!! I have a 1959 model 14 no dash that is the most accurate of all my model 14s. It should win some matches for you or at least put you at the top! Enjoy!
