K-22 Outdoorsman & Baby Chief

I was wondering if someone could give me a ballpark value on two revolvers. One is a K-22 Outdoorsman. It is 98-99% in a red box. I don't have the serial number. The second is a pre 36 Baby Chief w/half moon sight in the red box. Looks to be unfired with a small rust spot on the cylinder.

I would guess in the $1500-1750 range for the K-22, more if it has the sight adjustment tool, and perhaps $650 (depending on how small/deep the rust spot mentioned) for the CS. Some would consider any rust a deal-killer. Interested to see what others think.
