To move the point of impact to the right, turn the windage screw "clockwise"

To move the point if impact to the left, turn the windage screw "counterclockwise"

To raise the point of impact, turn rear sight elevation screw "counterclockwise"

To lower the point of impact, turn the rear sight elevation screw "clockwise"

Thank you two! Thank you for your protecting us!! Officer Sir, and hoo raw although I really don’t have the right to say that. Just a simple farmer I b. But what a great felling it would be, to protect and serve. Again thanks, Calvin

Warf Rat ... Print out or write down the instructions ...

Make two copies ...

Put one copy in a place you can find it ...

Put the other copy in your wallet and be sure to take it to the shooting range .

All those letters are fine and dandy (CDCR etc.) ... but you never remember them when you are actually adjusting your sights ... Trust Me on This !!!

If in doubt you can always look up
S&W micrometer sight adjustment"
or something close and you should see the factory diagram .

I have remembered the direction to turn by:

When looking at the revolver from the side, turn right to go right

Flip the gun ( looking at it from the top) with the barrel pointing to the right, to go down, turn the screw down, to go up, turn the screw up
